Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up with load & origin ports for shipment updating for completion of the IGM
∎ Ensure timely completion of the IGM for submission to Customs.
∎ Submission of error free Import advance list to Ops for discharge of containers
∎ Submission of the forwarder manifest to feeder operation for icd shipments.
∎ Provide Vessel ETA, IGM & ITEM numbers to customers
∎ Coordinate with VOA/forwarders for timely filing of the IGM for feeder vessels.
∎ Check completeness of shipment data for import handling,
∎ Co-ordination with Forwarders/icd offices for house B/L to submit IGM
∎ Manifest data to customs/ terminals as per local requirement
∎ Co-ordination with operations dept for OFF DOCK Movements
∎ Issue and distribute arrival notices to customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Written and Verbal Communication skill both in English and Bengali.
∎ Computer proficiency (MS Office-Word, Excel and Outlook)
∎ Inter- personal communication skills
∎ He/ She must be energetic, sincere and strict to principle
∎ Able to word under pressure
