Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide customer service over the phone (inbound & outbound calls) and social media.
∎ Understand customer requirements and provide informative solution by ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Receive customer orders and assign to concerned department.
∎ Provide after sales services & follow up on customer orders.
∎ Report time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ No minimum experience required (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
∎ Mature, pleasant and presentable personality.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Confident, resourceful and performance oriented.
∎ Basic computer knowledge.
∎ Willingness to work in any shift /roster.
