∎ We are Looking for experienced and passionate Customer Service Executive who is interested in working with our talented and creative E-Commerce Team.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting customers with queries and providing solutions quickly.
∎ Encourage customers to buy the products.
∎ Receive phone calls & Complaints through Customer/SR/Channels and respond and keep track of all Complaints, maintain record and database.
∎ Provide service to the customer and gives precise information & solution to the customer.
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions of required complaints.
∎ Manage and update customer databases with the status of each customer.
∎ Report to management daily, Weekly & monthly update situation.
∎ Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken against complaints.
∎ Must have excellent computer operating skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
∎ To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Willingness to work in roster duty .
∎ Male candidates should be able to work at night shift (at least 2 days in a week).
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills and decision-making ability.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must.

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
