Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Training or knowledge on CRM application will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Minimum one year experience in CRM implementation, Other business related experience, Project Managemen, System Design

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Update and monitor Sales Funnel for BMW and Other brands
∎ Regularly maintain and update CRM database based on sales information.
∎ Configure and customize CRM application based on the customer plan.
∎ Creating reports, forms and other deliverables for different event and as per requirement of the management.
∎ Driving customer retention programs to ensure loyalty for BMW customers.
∎ Direct the development of the overall relationship marketing strategy for lead generation and loyalty activities.
∎ Regularly monitor competitor activity and report to improve business strategy accordingly.
∎ Continuously improve knowledge through reading and self-study
∎ Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluent in oral and written in English and Bengali.
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
∎ High level of computer proficiency in Microsoft application & data analysis.
∎ Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
∎ Must be a team player
