∎ Minimum SSC or HSC and Bachelor degree from any discipline.

∎ Age 18 to 32 years
∎ Shall be proactive, innovative and energetic;
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skill both in English and Bangla also have to be self- motivated
∎ Must have computer knowledge to MS Word & MS Excel.
∎ Must be energetic, enthusiastic and well mannered.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive and transfer calls, connect to appropriate number, local or foreign.
∎ Client hunt, creating market opportunity.
∎ Prepare marketing and sales strategy.
∎ Carry-out promotional activities;
∎ Product presentation and marketing to the prospective client.
∎ Ensure the overall functions of the pabx systems at corporate head office.
∎ Must be knowledgeable about Facebook (Social-media), email & web chat skype and any desk software.
∎ Must be fluent in English communication
∎ Identify client needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Maintain managing director's appointment for office staffs and outside guests. Compile and send newspaper data on daily basis within a specific time period.
∎ Making inbound/outbound calls, distribute and handle all documents. Maintaining registers sheet of all messages & visitor logs etc.
∎ Ensure knowledge of staff movements inside and outside of the organization and keep a record of visitors' log book.
∎ Receive mail & couriers and dispatch to the respective person.
∎ We are looking for a smart professional who will be the first point of contact for the company and serve as the face of the company. Successful candidate will be responsible for sales & service delivery & performance at the client site.
