Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always. Ensure customer satisfaction
∎ Greetings and gratitude to the customers on behalf of No Chinta ltd
∎ Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
∎ Keep track of missed calls and discontinued services
∎ Communicating with new, former, and existing customers
∎ Acknowledging customer complaints and forwarding the issue to the HR.
∎ Knowing our services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
∎ Processing orders and requests.
∎ Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
∎ Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, as necessary.
∎ Providing feedbacks on everything to the MD
∎ Record keeping on daily activities and writing remarks after each phone call.
∎ Provide monthly analytical report to the Managing Director
∎ Sales Visit if Needed.
∎ Other duties as assigned by management (if needed).

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
