∎ Any Graduate.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet all patient party with appropriate manners and courtesy;
∎ Ensure that prompt, courteous & efficient service is provided to the patient party in order to maximize satisfaction from entrance to exit;
∎ Provide information to patients regarding medical test, cost of test and report services of the Hospital;
∎ Inform to the patient party about timings of test and preparation for the test;
∎ Received payment, input data into HIS properly and generate bill for customers;
∎ Prepare cash settlement and submit to Finance & Accounts Department;
∎ Identify patient correctly by Name, Age, Gender and Invoice Number;
∎ Listen to the patient queries/complaint and address the issue by yourself;
∎ Turning patient to revenue generation;
∎ Always thanks patient party after completing formalities;
∎ Perform any other reasonable task that may be assigned to by the Management/supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ More than 2 years' experience in a hospital in Front Desk/billing.
