∎ Candidates having BBA education background from a well reputed institute & Beauty salon/ Spa/ Hotel management experience will be given preference

Job Context:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area: Face to Face Customer Support, Phone call support, Social media post and messages reply.
∎ Do not apply if you are from Mirpur, Dhanmondi, Mohammadpur

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong personal skills; enjoys working with people and problem solving
∎ Monitor daily accounting works and all accounting functions (Not necessary)
∎ Basic skill of mobile photography and video (Not necessary)
∎ Attending client's needs, concerns, complaints and make sure that they are appropriately pursued as per organization rules and regulation
∎ Operating knowledge of ECR Machine & POS Machine
∎ Possess an excellent work ethic
∎ New employee will receive uniforms upon hire
∎ Be well presented and enjoy interacting with people
∎ Have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service
∎ Be able to work on their own as well as part of a team
∎ Offer clients a high level of service while embracing the Company's brand standards
∎ Interact and communicate effectively with clients, members, team members, guests, and management team

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
