Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Graduation/ Masters in any discipline from a well reputed institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call centre training, Customer Service, Face-to-Face Customer Support, Guest Relations/ Services

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending client's needs, concerns, complaints and make sure that they are appropriately pursued as per organization rules and regulation.
∎ You are to get involved with a dynamic Customer Support Unit; and deal with the customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 1-4 years direct Customer Care Experience.
∎ Minimum One years' experience in Electronics goods (Refrigerator, AC, LED TV, LED Bulb, Geiger, Gas Stove, Ceiling fan , Rice cooker, Blender, Pressure cooker, Microwave & Electric Oven, ,Water Filter & Purifier, Iron, Kettle Sales & Marketing is preferred.
∎ Should be presentable, elegant, lively and self-starter in implementing policies based on organization's objectives,
∎ Candidates having Homeapplince Product salon management experience will be given preference.
∎ Good interpersonal skill.
∎ Pleasing personality.
∎ Decision making ability.
∎ Energetic.
