Job Context:
∎ Willingness to work full time & one Holiday in a week based on roaster.
∎ Office Time will be 9:30 to 6:30.
∎ Full-time (after completing the 3 months provision).
∎ Job Location : Dhaka (Baridhara DOHS)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending client's needs, concerns, complaints and make sure that they are appropriately pursued as
∎ per organization rules and regulation.
∎ You are to get involved with a dynamic Customer Support Unit; and deal with the customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 1 to 2 year(s), fresher will be also encouraging to apply.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call center, Customer Support.
∎ Minimum 1-2 years direct Customer Care Experience.
∎ Good interpersonal skill.
∎ Pleasing personality.
∎ Decision making ability.
∎ Energetic.
∎ Computer literacy is must.
