Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending client's needs, concerns, and complaints and making sure that they are appropriately pursued as per organization rules and regulations
∎ You are to get involved with a dynamic customer support unit and deal with the customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 1-5 years of direct customer care experience
∎ Customer service or the beauty industry, like a beauty salon, Arong, or Qrius,
∎ Should be presentable, elegant, lively and self-starting in implementing policies based on organization's objectives,
∎ Candidates with beauty salon management experience will be given preference.
∎ Candidates who have experience in housekeeping are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English
∎ must be smart and presentable.
∎ Good listening skills and analytical skills.
∎ Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
∎ Willingness to work any shift or roster.
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
