Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greets patients or their families and finds out the nature of their enquiry.
∎ Provides information to assist patients or refer them to appropriate health services in the hospital.
∎ Communicates all information to Floor Supervisor on daily basis.
∎ Maintain doctors schedule.
∎ Perform duties of handling Patient /Telephone/Cash/back office work.
∎ Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures.
∎ Comply with Waste management procedures and policies.
∎ Creating and issuing bill/invoices to patients..
∎ Following up on outstanding payments and answering patient queries.
∎ Monitoring all payments and preparing monthly billing reports.
∎ Updating accounting records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances, and customer contact information.
∎ Do needful as per order by the reporting authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
