∎ BBA/MBA from any reputed University.

∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically & Respond promptly to customer inquiries, Handle complex and escalated customer service issues.
∎ Generate effective marketing and promotional ideas
∎ Develop and implement e-commerce strategy to increase website, social media traffic.
∎ Develop business plans & test business models and also Carry out promotional activities
∎ Analyze relevant data to determine customer service outputs.
∎ Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company.
∎ Oversee, Direct and organize the work of the production division of the company and cross team problem solving & support.
∎ To be responsible for all types of official/ business correspondence
∎ Arrange and coordinate business meeting/ conference inside and outside office.
∎ Establish system, best practices and ensuring the professional development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 year experience in related sector (Fresher's can Apply)
∎ Excellent English /Bengali language communication skills and able to listen, speak, read and write in both languages
∎ Be able to work with persons of different cultural background.
