∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting or Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ MRC & NRC Invoices Generation from Software.
∎ Ensure Invoices reach Customers on time.
∎ Set Monthly Projection/Collection Forecast at the beginning of the month.
∎ Communication with customers through SMS, Phone Calls, and Email for billing & payment.
∎ Collect payment through online transfer (BEFTN, RTGS), cheques/cash through office assistant, or by self (if needed).
∎ Ensure real-time collection entry in the system.
∎ Daily Sales/Billing & Collection Reporting.
∎ Month-end sales & collection closing in the system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ MS Office proficiency is mandatory. Especially, in Microsoft Excel.
∎ Knowledge in Domain-Hosting & IT Products/Services will get preference.
Salary: Negotiable
