Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognized University or Engineering Institute
∎ Skills Required: Auto Cad 2D, Civil Engineering, MS Office, SketchUp

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Drawing, Analysis, BOQ
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Engineering Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze drawings and prepare detail estimate for building and interior projects.
∎ Site visit for cost analysis and final bill for both building and interior projects.
∎ Prepare estimate from architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing and interior drawings.
∎ Prepare bill of quantity (BOQ) and tender documents.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skilled and proficient in preparing estimates for building projects as well as interior projects.
∎ Should have updated knowledge and market price of all types of construction and finishing materials.
∎ Ability to understand all types of architectural, structural, electrical and plumbing drawings.
∎ Should have practical experience in detail estimate and project site supervision.
∎ Experience in project execution and use of advanced software will be highly appreciated.
∎ Self-motivated, Enthusiastic and responsible.
∎ Experience of submitting tender documents, steel structure estimate will be valued as additional qualification.
