∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for intelligent, self-motivated, self-enthusiastic, honest, sincere, and experienced candidates for this post with good interpersonal communication skills to achieve the sales targets the authority sets. Candidates with corporate linkups are preferable.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka ( Outside Dhaka if Needed)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and achieve sales targets by maximizing marketing activities.
∎ To achieve Sales targets of the territory as per the company's vision and mission.
∎ Report daily/weekly/monthly regarding sales, collection, and competitor activities.
∎ To take appropriate measures to create a potential market as well as new sales opportunities.
∎ Create new customer, increase market share, development of marketing strategic plan, and works for achieving the plan.
∎ Collect, forecast, and analyze the market data for the operating plan.
∎ Establish regular customer visits and build trusty relations with business stakeholders ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Always try to comply with the company's policy.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ 15-20% of the Net profit will add to the salary against Opening LC.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Profit share
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ The bonus will be 50% of the Basic Salary.
