Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to business head for effective business planning including business case preparation and approval process & scheduling.
∎ Ensure effective coordination with all stakeholders for business growth.
∎ Ensure daily routine progress of all business activities
∎ Assist in organizing business coordination meeting; track and monitor business progress and circulate minutes of meeting (MOM).
∎ Assist in preparing monthly Business Progress Report (BPR) of all products and business and share the report to stakeholders.
∎ Ensure documentation of all business accordingly
∎ Execute any other work assigned by the superiors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good command in Computer operating, especially MS word, Excel,
∎ Power point, office outlook & Internet.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Should be smart and energetic to manage any situation.
∎ Able to take initiative.
∎ Should be self motivated and possess quality to motivate subordinates.
∎ Should possess rational decision making ability.
∎ Should have very good communication and presentation skills
∎ Good command on both spoken and written English and Bangle
∎ Able to Travel frequently
