Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support to customers by giving level 2 support to Customer Experience Department.
∎ Identify, investigate issues raised by customer engagement department & take necessary action to resolve the issue within specified SLA.
∎ Track & ensure all issues are resolved withing given SLA.
∎ Act as a bridge in between to internal stakeholders to ensure raised issue resolution.

∎ Age at most 32 years
