Responsibilities & Context
Involving in community management for our official page, group and channels.
Responding online phone calls and messages through meta business suite.
To be very active and responsive with replies and responses of online channels.
Continually research to remain updated with social media developments and emerging technologies
Maintaining daily reports of online tasks and contents for performance evaluation.
Lead distribution/management in CRM/Sales cycles software.
Any other task assigned by the head of the team.
