∎ Job Location : Shekhertek, Mohammadpur, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Display high proficiency in written and verbal communication
∎ Answer all incoming calls professional telephone etiquette and protocols
∎ Organizational skills, including the ability to efficiently switch between tasks
∎ Demonstrate computer skills to navigate multiple software applications
∎ Punctuality and attendance is crucial. Applicants must be reliable and have flexible scheduling availability for weekends, holidays, or extended hours if needed
∎ Attention to detail is a must, applicants must monitor various tasks and reports
∎ Ability to assess and evaluate opportunities for problem-solving and work as a team in order to identify potential issues and/or related opportunities
∎ Complete tasks using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Packages in regular intervals
∎ Recording, logging, and reporting accurately to supervisor/manager and clients
∎ Resolving the client's issues and meeting the maximum level of customer satisfaction

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Skills:
∎ Excellent in Communication, especially in English - IELTS Band 7 is highly preferred
∎ Excellent in organizing or managing people or tasks to work together
∎ Ability to remain calm and composed while conveying critical information during emergency situations.
∎ Ability to analyse situations quickly and make appropriate decisions under pressure
∎ Strong ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize them based on urgency.
∎ Organisational skills to maintain accurate records, logs, and reports.
∎ Keen attention to detail to accurately monitor security systems, identify potential threats and issues
∎ Proficiency with the necessary technology, including computer and mobile applications
∎ Others :
∎ Experience in communication and/or customer service is preferred
∎ Knowledge of Access Control, Fire, and Burglary systems a plus
∎ Geographical Knowledge is a plus. Understanding of the online map (google map) is a must
∎ Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality, honesty, and ethical behaviour in handling sensitive information and situations
∎ Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
∎ A reasonable level of physical fitness is preferred, as the role involves long periods of sitting and monitoring computer screens
