Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, Supply Chain, Logistic, Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) Companies, Financial Consultants, Garments, Group of Companies, Investment/Merchant Banking, Multinational Companies, Shipping, Supply Chain, Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Customer Invoice.
∎ Placing booking with forwarder.
∎ Sending documents to forwarder.
∎ Sending documents to our HKG office to FX commercial person.
∎ Preparation of LC utilization chart.
∎ Invoice and MIRO posting in SAP.
∎ Releasing IC after proper checking.
∎ Coordinating with the Merchant team for confirmation of price and shipment follow up.
∎ Coordinating with forwarder for any matter relating to shipment.
∎ Coordinating with factory for documents and shipment.
∎ Sending information to management as per the requirement.
∎ Proper maintenance of all records relating to shipment.
∎ Follow company system and procedure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication and written skills
∎ SAP knowledge.
∎ Working experience in MS office.
