Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible overall commercial activities & play as a member of commercial team to execute all sorts of commercial activities properly.
∎ To conduct & process all kinds of L/C, BB L/C activities.
∎ Prepare import & local export documentation and submitted to bank.
∎ Communicate with Bank, Forwarder, C & F, and Transport agent.
∎ Payment follow-up with Bank /Buyer.
∎ Prepare & check LC/ TT/ FDD/ Pay order proposed in Bank.
∎ Bank to bank document endorsement.
∎ Preparing invoice, Packing list, B/L and shipping documents for export.
∎ Perform any other jobs as and when assigned by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willingness to work independently and under pressure
∎ Ability and willingness to move with purpose and a strong sense of urgency
∎ Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks/projects.
∎ Good analytical skill and proactive in nature to resolve issues on a timely manner.
∎ Good ability to work in a team and good social skills.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
