Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline commerce Background
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Commercial related
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keepng record of all kind of daily expense in excel and manual
∎ Keeping all the records of materials inventory and supplying required materials in production floor
∎ Tracking bill of vendors, negotiation capability with best way to optimized the cost
∎ Must have banking knowledge regarding import LC
∎ Must have written skill in English and Bangla to issue letter to customer and vendors.
∎ Keeping record of sale's
∎ Insurance Cover note & Policy issuance to reduce the risk of import.
∎ Cover note, Email copy, and PI submission to Accounts department for cheque issue of insurance.
∎ Import goods release purpose document prepare for all customs.
∎ Maintaining Time & Action plan, Proper records of all LC, Payment, etc.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports of Balance sheet.
∎ Any other allocated duties from time to time are assigned by management.
∎ Experience of LC opening, close and amendment and preparing all kinds of import and export document and all type of license and permission related work.
∎ Knowledge of preparing Bank Loan, Bank Grantee document, VAT & implementation.
∎ Must have supply chain knowledge
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Balance sheet, stock Management, Expert in MS Excel, MS word, E-commerce, supply chain management in footwear Industry
∎ Footwear industry related experienced person will get preference
