Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fully responsible to manage the company licensing & renewals (Trade License, IRC, ERC, Fire, VAT, TAX, etc.).
∎ Ensure preparing all import & export documents on time.
∎ Performing necessary and import tasks as instructed by Management.
∎ Follow-up Local and Foreign procurement.
∎ Present shipping documents to respective custom stations on time;
∎ Custom handling & clearance
∎ Communicate with the Insurance Company
∎ To execute, monitor and manage L/C related work which include- opening L/C and its amendment, Monitoring shipment, document requirement formalities and custom clearing.
∎ To keep & maintain all kind of banking, VAT, TAX related records.
∎ Responsible for preparation of Commercial Invoice, packing list, EXP, Bill of lading draft and preparing of payment plans for forwarder.
∎ Having sound knowledge on HS code, Customs Act, Import Policy, Export Policy, Bond formalities, cash incentive and other related laws applicable for Import & Export.
∎ Should have ability to work under pressure & flexible for office time & working long hour & any other task assigned by the management.
