Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm), Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ L/C preparation & presentation in Bank.
∎ Import clearance from document follow up & coordinate with C & F agent.
∎ Payment Follow up with bank for import.
∎ Raw Materials and other shipment coordination with factory Warehouse & others concerned persons.
∎ Insurance application for import.
∎ Handling C&F agent, Forwarding agent & others supporting staff as per requirement.
∎ L/C files to be closed and archive systematically.
∎ Issue purchase order as per purchase policy.
∎ Enlist new suppliers through following company's policy and guidelines.
∎ Ensure appropriate follow-up with the suppliers for timely supply of items.
∎ Handling local purchase and local bill sattlement.
∎ Preparing CS.
∎ Collecting MRR & GRN from Factory.
∎ All other works relied to commercial aspects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Pro-active, smart, enthusiastic and career oriented
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills both in written and speaking in English
∎ Familiar in MS-Office & E-Mail Management
∎ Disciplined, Energetic, Good Negotiator, Honest, Team Player, etc
