Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Preferable Science up to HSC
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for assisting the supervisor in planning and executing import-related works (i.e. L/C and others) and acquiring total understanding on the supply chain system of NACL.
∎ Develop and manage an import plan and oversee the execution of the same in line with the forecasted and actual sale position.
∎ Preparation of L/C documents, keeping overall import record, monitoring stock position and alter/ assist in altering L/C plans accordingly.
∎ Coordinate with factory personnel for having updates on products' stock level, buffer stock and new product launching plans to manage material requirement planning and inventory control.
∎ Meet/ Contact with suppliers to get regular price update, global market trend; discuss performance metrics and to provide performance feedback.
∎ Appraise vendor manufacturing ability, analyses of supply quality and keeping records of the same
∎ Be responsive and proactive towards managing issues related to planning as per sales forecast.
∎ Regularly keeping monthly, quarterly and yearly reports on import status with regard to different banks/ products/ suppliers.
∎ Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors.
∎ Interacting and assisting the local procurement segment of supply chain, by providing updates on product .

∎ Any other jobs assigned by the management.
