Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline from any recognized university or college.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ All administrative responsibilities should be done in correct manner as per company regulation.
∎ Assisting concerned person in recruitment process.
∎ Design and develop administrative document as per requirement.
∎ Attend phone call efficiently.
∎ Check and maintain the office email and response it properly
∎ Maintaining files and confidential documents.
∎ Prepare attendance report.
∎ Assist Commercial department for importing goods.
∎ Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the management as and when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Skills Required: Commercial & import
∎ At least 2 year(s) in commercial & import in any trading company
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Office Management, Inventory/ Store Management, Logistic Management, Follow up Sales teams daily activities
∎ The applicants must have English proficiency in writing & speaking.
∎ Females who live Uttara or nearby would be given priority.
∎ Team player with excellent English Communication skills.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook etc.
∎ Should have good knowledge web browsing.
∎ Should have knowledge of managing ERP software.
∎ Should have good typing skill in English

Salary:
