Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline, Masters's degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make commercial invoice and packing list.
∎ Make submission of final shipping documents to the forwarder.
∎ Communicate with Bank, Forwarder, C & F, and Transport agent.
∎ Payment follow-up with Bank/Buyer.
∎ Prepare & check LC/TT/FDD/Pay order proposed in Bank.
∎ Bank-to-bank document endorsement. (Non-Nego/Original if needed)
∎ Should be able to check the Export L/C, Sales Contract, etc.
∎ Prepare all kinds of export documents as per LC/Sales Contract terms & conditions and buyer's guidelines.
∎ Export documents presented to the negotiating Bank timely & collect maturity in the stipulated time frame.
∎ Keep proper statements relating to export and any other if necessary.
∎ Booking placement and uploading shipment docs in the online system for forwarders and buyers.
∎ Regular communication with the bank regarding export documents.
∎ Prepare closing report after shipment made & realization.
∎ Coordinate with the marketing department and Accounts & Finance department regularly for shipment schedule and fund arrangement activities regularly.
∎ Coordinate with all sections of the commercial department (Export, Import, Custom, Bank, Audit, Incentive, BGMEA).
∎ Should be able to individual handling of below all the buyers
∎ Any other related assignment given by the Superior/Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Export Commercial
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories
∎ Need working experience in a similar field in Commercial Department
∎ MS Office, Mail Communication
∎ Reporting skill
∎ Should be fluent in English communication
