∎ Job Location: AEPZ, Narayangonj.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Efficiently and correctly handle all export and import documentations.
∎ Keep close Communication with the C&F agents for shipments releasing and troubleshooting.
∎ Prepare invoices & other shipping documents and taking approval for export.
∎ Collection of freight, issue work order and take approval from management.
∎ After receiving the delivery challan forward it to the concern bank for bill collecting purpose.
∎ Preparation and checking of export documents for execution.
∎ Checking of PI, L/C draft for each and every L/C opening.
∎ Manage all aspects of Vat, Duty & Taxes through prompt and accurate tax returns, attend tax hearings, liaison with tax advisors, and expedite tax assessments.
∎ Co-ordinate with Govt. Officials, Customs, CNF Agents, Banks, Freight Forwarders etc. for smooth and timely operation of commercial department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C, Documentation.
∎ Candidates who have previous experience in EPZ will be given priority.
