Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cultivating solid relationships with clients.
∎ Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
∎ Regularly interacting with clients through phone calls, emails, or face-to-face meetings.
∎ Identifying ways to overcome the client's initial dislikes.
∎ Identifying and resolving client queries.
∎ Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Cooperate with the rest of the creative team members.
∎ Developing clear and engaging content consistent with the client's brand image and addressing both business goals and consumer needs.
∎ Idea generation, crafting a strategic plan for the client.
∎ Creating, adjusting, and managing the content calendar.
∎ Establishing style guides that specify the brand's style and tone needed to create engaging content.
∎ Developing a solid understanding of the target audience through online and traditional market research.
∎ Work with cross-functional teams to establish and articulate internal and external key messages and ensure that content is aligned accordingly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Severe interest in the research part.
∎ Coordination, creativity, vision & aesthetic sense.
∎ Project management, communication & customer service skills.
∎ Excellent organizational skills & time management skills.
∎ The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
∎ Creating and managing social media campaigns.
∎ Managing content marketing campaigns.
∎ Multitasking capability.
∎ Work discipline is a must.
∎ Excellent communication skills will be required.
