∎ Diploma in Civil/ B.Sc. in Civil from Public or Private University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare a project estimate and cost analysis based on working design/drawing and 3D.
∎ To Prepare BOQ.
∎ To prepare drawing & design understanding and progress the construction as per drawing & design.
∎ To prepare a project Structural & Plumbing Design.
∎ Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to industrial and managerial personnel.
∎ Bill Checking & Wastage Control.
∎ Project Planning, Organizing, Supervising, Scheduling & Coordinating.
∎ Work progress follow-up as per Work Schedule.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicant should have experience all of the Structural design and estimation work.
∎ Must have good knowledge & understanding in Estimation, Structural & MEP Design, Drawing and BOQ.
∎ Willingness and ability to travel across the country
∎ Should be ethics, hardworking, energetic and sacrificing mentality.
∎ Must have basic computer knowledge (Specially Auto Cad-2D/3D, MS Excel, MS Word) Etc.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the Management.
Salary: Negotiable
