Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engg. From Public University / Diploma in Civil Engg. from any reputed public Polytechnics institutes..

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To do the supervision of construction activities for industrial/ high-rise residential buildings.
∎ To do the all sorts of documentation like, filing, corresponding, checking drawings and bills etc.
∎ Supervise day to day construction works as assigned by DM- Construction.
∎ Giving engineering support and decisions or arrange so to site level from consultant and superior.
∎ Making construction plan and schedule of various projects.
∎ Performing engineering design (as required by site)
∎ Day to day Reporting/updating to GM-Construction.
∎ Preparing, checking and authenticate estimate, rate analysis and BOQ of various project/job
∎ Preparing, checking and authenticate Contractor's bills
∎ To do Work order, CS and others documentation jobs
∎ Assign day to day work to the Junior Engrs and other subordinate.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Should be a proactive & self-organized person with long career commitment.
∎ Capable to supervise a multiple construction project independently.
∎ Experience: At least 3 years in case of Graduate Engineer and in case of Diploma Engineer's 6 years experience in the following area(s): Construction industry especially in industrial/high-rise with multiple basement building.
∎ Dynamic, self-starter, proactive, analytical, team player with strong leadership quality.
∎ Interpersonal skills and sound communication skills is essential.
∎ Literacy in Design softwares, AutoCAD, Microsoft project etc.
