Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Diploma in Business
∎ Skills Required: channel management, Planning and execution, Rural Marketing, Social business management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operational level involvement in the Project Design, Project Partnerships, Output Management.
∎ Working with the business channel of "Eye Mitros" (village level primary vision care Service providers), Reader Access Points (RAP).
∎ Ensure full business compliance from the Channels, as per the policy of the company.
∎ Work with partners' teams, channel members, other functional team members to Grow the social business of 2.5 NVG in all geographies of Bangladesh.
∎ Continuous drive for ensuring good quality and affordable services from the Channel Members.
∎ Setting up referral mechanism for the Channel members/Eye Mitros with established Eye Hospitals.
∎ Organize and attend regional and national meet/conventions.
∎ Undertake regular field visits to interact with Channel members and partners etc. in order to take their feedback and incorporate the same in the implementation plan
∎ Develop alternative distribution channels across Bangladesh
∎ Cost control and Opex management
∎ Travel to rural areas pan Bangladesh
