Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution management, Labour Operation, Transportation Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist supervisor to Plan and manage product distribution activities to achieve company goals.
∎ Implement new distribution strategies to obtain profitability.
∎ Manage carriers like courier service, transport agencies, own vehicles etc. to perform distributions in the assigned routes.
∎ Analyze existing distribution procedures and recommend improvements.
∎ Monitor and manage inventories at central distribution center (CDC).
∎ Identify appropriate resources and assign workload and schedules to them.
∎ Oversee daily operations of team members and provide assistance whenever needed.
∎ Perform basic administration duties and maintain clear and complete accounting records.
∎ Provide outstanding customer services and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Generate monthly reports of inventory levels for management.
∎ Prepare budgets and manage expenses within budgets.
∎ Any other tasks assign by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Good understanding on fleet management
∎ Sound knowledge on nationwide transport route
∎ Problem solving ability, excellent communication and interpersonal skill
∎ Able to work under pressure in a team with responsibility
∎ Conversant in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & PPT) & E-mail communication.
