∎ B Pharm / M Pharm / MBBS from any reputed university

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To conduct market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction and develop marketing strategies.
∎ To develop effective brand plans for assigned portfolio and implement the approved brand plans.
∎ To develop the ability of direct reports to produce & implement effective brand plans.
∎ To achieve monthly targets & annual budget of assigned portfolio.
∎ To optimize resources allocated for assigned portfolio.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Good analytical skills including computer proficiency.
∎ Ability and willingness to work in the field and visit doctors and pharmacies.
∎ Thorough market knowledge.
∎ Ability to develop effective relationship with medical doctors particularly opinion leaders and key prescribers.
∎ Ability to anticipate medical trends and future directions relating to product portfolio.
∎ Ability to work in cross functional teams.
