Job Context:
∎ The Call Center Executive is an executive position. It would be expected to ensure the operations delivers the required performance and are committed to providing an excellent customer contact experience via multiple contacts.
∎ If you are fluent in English and Experienced in international call centers, you are the perfect candidate for this Job.

∎ Day Shift : (07:00 AM to 03.30 PM)
∎ Experience in SOLAR, LED, and HEAT PUMP cold calling will get preference.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates will have to make outbound calls to Australia.
∎ Making Calls for International Campaigns.
∎ We are looking for a self-motivated, confident Telemarketer for an out-bound Campaign
∎ Cold calling, appointment setting, lead generation.
∎ Excellent telephone manner, personality, and ability to establish a rapport
∎ Must have a good command of speaking English.
∎ Should have good convincing skills and excellent sales skills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates with good scores in IELTS and prior experience in the International call center will be given priority.
∎ Experience in SOLAR, LED, and HEAT PUMP cold calling will get preference.
∎ Please do not apply if you are not punctual, sincere, hard-working, patient, and good at speaking English.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 14000 - 18000 (Monthly)
∎ Basic + Performance Incentives + Sales Commission
