Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling Social Media queries.
∎ Take & relay messages.
∎ Replying Corporate Mail.
∎ Send fix mail to corporate customers.
∎ Provide information to customers.
∎ Handling online issues and pass it to concern department.
∎ Deal with queries from the public and customers.
∎ General administrative and office support.
∎ Receive and sort mail and deliveries.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Professional personal presentation.
∎ Customer service orientation.
∎ Information management.
∎ Organization and planning.
∎ Attention to detail.
∎ Initiative.
∎ Reliability.
∎ Stress tolerance.
∎ Computer Literacy: Sound knowledge in word, excel etc.
∎ Similar work experience of same post will be added an advantage but not required necessarily.
