Job Context:
∎ Mostafa Group of Industries is a renowned and a well established company in Bangladesh. The Group has been cycling its business since 1952 with high Profile. However, to make management more robust we require some Call Center Executive who has the following working abilities:
∎ Job Location: Dampara, Chattogram.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving and making calls from customers and helping them with their bus ticketing needs.
∎ Assisting customers in selecting the best bus routes and schedules to meet their needs.
∎ Providing accurate information about fares, schedules, and bus routes to customers.
∎ Booking bus tickets for customers and issuing tickets via email or SMS.
∎ Resolving customer complaints and providing solutions to any problems they may encounter.
∎ Updating customer information and ticketing records in the company's database.
∎ Assisting customers in cancelling or rescheduling their bus tickets as per the company's policy.
∎ Coordinating with bus drivers and other staff to ensure timely departures and arrivals of buses.
∎ Handling cash, credit/debit card payments and other transactions related to ticketing.
∎ Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Maintaining knowledge of the company's policies and procedures related to ticketing.
∎ Responding to customer inquiries through email, chat, or social media channels as per company policy.
∎ Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and improve customer satisfaction.
∎ Following up with customers to ensure they had a positive experience with the company.
∎ Any other assignment entrusted by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience candidates will get preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Must be Honest, Sincere, Punctual and Disciplined.
∎ Must have ability to work under pressure.
