Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with the Customers over phone by maintaining telephonic etiquette and assess & analyze the customer needs and maintain Tele calling register.
∎ Make calls for obtaining information about services, handle inbound & outbound calls and record the calls systematic manner.
∎ Keep record of all conversations in our call center database.
∎ Follow up customers daily and timely, maintain service registers, post service feedback register and service related issues and forward to Service Department for action.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidates should have at least 1 year experience in similar position. However, fresh candidates having no experience may also apply.
∎ Advance computer knowledge especially MS-Office operation.
∎ Must be willing to work hard with fitness to work long hours.
∎ Able to communicate excellent with people at all levels.
∎ Work efficiently in a team.
∎ Positive attitude.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
