Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive call & respond in social media platform
∎ Share update with customers regarding product features, price & deliveries
∎ Understand customer requirements and resolve complain
∎ Follow up web orders/post/reply/delivery/review feedback
∎ Digital marketing campaign design & content development
∎ Visual presentation skill and willingness to go live from page
∎ Customer communication skill with good care and empathy
∎ Proactively inform customer about product offer/promotion/price
∎ High level of patience to work with work load for long time with team
∎ E-commerce platform management
∎ Order return and parcel management
∎ Keep tracking of delivery and delivery vendor management
∎ Parallelly work with multiple software and update data timely
∎ Supervise over all online platform and data management
