∎ We are looking for some young, dynamic, and energetic `Executive - Call Centre` for meaningful contributions to reach the organization`s goal.
∎ Our Parent Company "ANH Group" has different organizations across the country like SRD Limited, RAY Bangladesh, Agrow Limited, etc.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend all inbound/outbound calls on time.
∎ Share our promotional offer to customers.
∎ Providing highest quality of service to the customers through over phone, email & social networking platform.
∎ Identify the needs of Customer and share our product information.
∎ Collect the purchase order from customers.
∎ Maintain note of the conversations with the Customer and analyze the data.
∎ Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and service queries.
∎ Any other relevant tasks given by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
