Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle inbound calls related to elevator service requests, inquiries, and complaints.
∎ Assist in emergency issues, ensuring that urgent cases are escalated to the appropriate teams promptly.
∎ Coordinate with field technicians and service engineers to schedule maintenance, repairs, and installations of elevators.
∎ Follow up on emergency cases to ensure that the issue has been resolved satisfactorily.
∎ Work closely with other departments such as Service, and Technical Support to resolve issues effectively.
