About the Position
Hela Clothing Bangladesh Ltd. is looking for a competent, motivated, and detail-oriented professional for the position of Executive – CAD to support our apparel manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and modify patterns according to buyer specifications and technical requirements.
Perform pattern grading accurately for different sizes.
Prepare efficient markers to optimize fabric consumption.
Operate Gerber CAD software for pattern making, grading, and marker making.
Ensure pattern accuracy, measurement consistency, and technical compliance.
Coordinate with the Technical, Merchandising, Sample, and Production teams.
Maintain CAD files, pattern records, and related technical documentation.
Support production teams in resolving pattern- and marker-related issues.
