∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD Designing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Auto Cad, CAD Operator

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Workout the most efficient consumption for all buyers' orders/styles using CAD.
∎ Verify & check the patterns to ensure the accuracy of the measurements of the garments.
∎ Should be able to prepare, develop Pattern independently
∎ knowledge of pattern making and grading (Manual & winda Software).
∎ Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD, and making 100% accurate markers.
∎ To keep Data base to report supervisor weekly / Monthly
∎ Arrange style wise pattern designing and pattern grading to ensure zero error cutting.
∎ Maintain CAD document archive and retrieval for projects CAD Software inventory.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, identify training needs and manage their career development. Provide training and supervisor in-house CAD users.
∎ Ensure Pattern calibration regular basis for measurement accuracy.
∎ Communicate with product development team to make the product feasible for production and at the same time meeting customers' demand.
∎ These are the key duties and responsibilities for the post and they are subject to regular review. Any significant changes to the rule will be subject to consultation.
∎ Any other relate job(s) as assign by the management time to time.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
