Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with customer to collect shipping documents.
∎ Strong follow up customs office C&F team to smooth deliver the goods from customs.
∎ Every challenge share with customer by over phone and email.
∎ Prepare daily report and share to customs every day.
∎ Have to perform any other task assign by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ 1- or 2-yearAbility to work under pressure.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication skills.
∎ Must be a computer literate. (MS Word, MS Excel, Internet Browsing etc.)
∎ Must have good communication skill in both Bangla & English.
∎ Ability to do customer support.
∎ s' Experience in relevant field will be preferred
