Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify potential enterprise clients and generate leads through field visits and online platforms
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing enterprise clients.
∎ Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Internet solutions to corporate clients.
∎ Drive according to direction whatever the role but business focus.
∎ Need to act as “key Account Manager”.
∎ Play the role to fulfill customers requirement by coordinating different departments of COL.
∎ Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns proactively.
∎ Conduct meetings and presentations with key decision-makers in businesses.
∎ Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
∎ Achieve assigned sales and retention targets.
∎ Prepare and present sales reports and business growth analysis.
