Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have patience to work in the field level.
∎ Capable of expanding new dealer network to achieve sales growth.
∎ Maintain new dealer inquiries & application data.
∎ Developing a market for Construction Chemicals.
∎ Build strong relationship with House owner, Influencer and Construction Related Person.
∎ Visit different End-user, Private Consultant and Government Office and other offices for orientation of company products.
∎ Arrange technical seminars/workshops meets for engineers, house owner, retailer and mason regarding technical knowledge and quality assurance.
∎ Achieve the sales target of the company.
∎ Any other task as and when assigned by the competent authority.
∎ Present Monthly Observation Report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 26 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 1 to 2 years experience in Admixture, Cement and Steel Industry .
∎ Smart and patient for work responsibilities.
∎ Skill on Customer support
∎ Working effectively with others
∎ Communication with impact
∎ To be non-discriminatory and gender sensitive
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): cement & paint industry, FMCG Company.
∎ Be trustworthy and discreet when handling confidential documents with safely & responsible attitude.
∎ Travel frequently all over the territory.
∎ Conversant with MS Office applications.
