Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
Schedule appointments and manage the booking system.
Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries.
Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining client records.
Handle client payments and process transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean and tidy reception area.
Assist with other tasks as needed to ensure smooth parlour operations.
