Educational Requirements:
∎ Master in any discipline from a reputed university.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing administrative tasks such as taking and circulating minutes, preparing agendas for meetings, organizing paperwork and correspondence, distributing information to members, and keeping members up-to-date about dates for other meetings and events.
∎ Responsible for planning and organizing events, meetings, and other activities.
∎ Arranging for a venue, coordinating with guest speakers, and ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are available.
∎ To maintain accurate records of meetings, events, and activities.
∎ To Keep minutes of meetings, maintain an attendance record, and ensuring that all paperwork and correspondence are properly filed and organized.
∎ Responsible for communicating with other members of the organization or committee, as well as external stakeholders.
∎ Circulate notices and updates, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with other organizations.
∎ Responsible for liaising with stakeholders such as government agencies, community groups, and other organizations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Job Excellent Communication Skills.
∎ Good Presentation skills.
∎ Good Computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, E-mail, Browsing, etc.).
∎ Working to dedicate even beyond office hours.
∎ Working experience in any Association will get preferable.
