Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining all appointments and meeting schedules of the Chief Executive Officer, and updating & following up with him regularly.
∎ Preparing meeting minutes and other secretarial notes on different issues concerned with the Chief Executive Officer for companies.
∎ Following-up actions on pending important issues.
∎ Prepare MIS report, data analysis in MS Excel and PPT Presentation as and when required.
∎ Reminder and follow up with the office on important tasks and deadlines that are ordered by the Chief Executive Officer.
∎ Notifying the Chief Executive Officer of upcoming events and formulating necessary arrangements.
∎ Maintaining confidential Papers, files, and agreements.
∎ Communicate with concerned Govt. and non-Govt. organizations for any documentation purpose.
∎ Acting as the point of contact among executives, talents, and other external partners
∎ Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
∎ Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
∎ Any other secretarial tasks are relevant to this role given by Chief Executive Officer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Conversant in Data Analysis & PPT Presentation.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
∎ Conversant in English speaking and writing.
∎ Must have problem-solving abilities.
∎ Minimum 05 years experience in the respective field.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application.
